Welcome to the Orientations Module

Included in this module are a sampling of some of the better known sexual orientations.

A person’s sexual orientation is like their eye color or height, it is not something they choose. A person’s labels might change as they experience more and come to understand themselves better, this does not invalidate any labels they previously used. It is up to each individual to decide what label is right for them.

Each orientation will list a definition, character development questions, writing tips, things to think about, tropes, lists of characters and real life persons of that orientation, along with links to valid resources for deeper research. This is meant to help you begin writing your character but shouldn’t replace doing your own research as each character and situation is different. If you have any questions please contact us.
